Organic bakery and pastry
Frédéric makes his own leaven and supplies organic yeast from specialized manufacturers. Leaven and yeast do not have the same effects on flours : leaven is used with rather whole flours and yeast with white flours.
The company delivers AMAPs from the region as well as BIOCOOP shops and the crèche of Bois-le-Roi.
All year round, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 8 am and 7 pm.
